Project Summary
Based on sketch plans provided by the developer, this project had to resolve tight planning regulations and height limits to suit its New Farm location.
The house comprises 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, double garage and multiple decks to maximise the useable space while adding visual interest to the street facade.
The use of differing cladding materials, recesses, sun hoods and screening devices help to reduce the overall bulk of the building, and the neutral, pale colour scheme add a lightness to the structure that belies its size and generous internal dimensions.
